This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 15.09.2020 and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 15.09.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent has already fixed a date for an enquiry on 21.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m. and the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all relevant documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
