When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the court bundle stating that this revision may be disposed of as settled out of court.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as settled out of court and the interim stay granted by this Court on 28.04.2026 shall stand vacated.
