2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent has stated no objection for allowing this application. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for seeking extension. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by granting extension of time for the arbitral Tribunal to pronounce the arbitral award for a period of one year from 29.04.2025.
