ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.37 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 on the file of first respondent police

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram on 23.05.2025 vide Ref.No.LTN20230003045C202500140.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2 nd respondent, notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.

4. In view of the fact that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
