ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 29.05.2021 for the alleged offence under Section 341, 294(b), 392, 397, 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.236 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant while travelling in auto, the petitioner had waylaid and robbed him at knife point and thereafter abused with filthy language by assaulting him with dire consequences. Hence the defacto complainant lodged a police complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case, Therefore the petitioner prays for grant of bail. 5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the the investigation is pending in this case and further one previous case of similar nature is also pending against the petitioner. He further submitted that earlier the petition in Crl.O.P.No.11798 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2021 for grant of anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner, was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 08.07.2021.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and further considering the fact of pendency of one previous case of similar nature against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
