This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9006 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023, passed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Fairlands Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, except on the dates of Court hearing before the Trial Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 10(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9006 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
