This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Sessions Judge(FAC), Mahila Cout, Chengalpattu, in D.No.165 of 2020 dated 19.02.2020.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.15691 of 2019, this Court by an order dated 19.06.2019, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in S.C.No.34 of 2019, within a period of three months. However, the learned Sessions Judge(FAC), Mahila Cout, Chengalpattu has sent communication dated 19.02.2020 in D.No.165 of 2020, narrating the sequence of proceedings in S.C.No.34 of 2019 and sought further two months time to complete the trial in the said case.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant two months time to complete the trial in S.C.No.34 of 2019 from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 04.03.2020 lok 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
