Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to modify Para 6 the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.12739 of 2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SATHYANARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 14.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12739 of 2022 i.e., the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two blood sureties (the sureties shall be a blood relative of the accused), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
