This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction direction to the respondent not to Harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by one Ajithullah, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.128 of 2018. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
