Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 8(d) imposed in the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.O.P.No.11427 of 2021 dated 05.07.2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAJKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 05.07.2021, this Court had granted the petitioner an anticipatory bail bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 05.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
