The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove over lock put by the third respondent at the instance of the second respondent in the locker bearing No.18, Unit-9 situate at Karur Vysya Bank, T.Nagar Branch, Chennai - 600 017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. This writ petition is filed in the year 2004. Since the matter is pending for more than 14 years, the petitioner may got the relief as prayed for. Hence, there is nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
