ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to approve the appointment of Tmt.K.Menaga in the post of Office Assistant in the petitioner school from the date of initial appointment on 02.09.2016 and to make the payment of salary from the date of initial appointment with all consequential and other attendant benefits.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner is present and submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has already been granted by the respondents and thereby, cause does not survive for the petitioner to prosecute any more in this writ petition. The learned Additional Government Pleader representing the respondents are present.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
