PRAYER:
Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to absorb the petitioner for the post of Hospital worker in the Primary Health Centre, Sidha Division, Erode District, based on petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2017.

ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petitions are for a direction directing the 3rd respondent to absorb the petitioner for the post of Hospital Worker in the Primary Health Centre. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner contended that the petitioner was appointed as Multi Purpose Worker at Primary Health Centre on 21.07.2011 and working continuously. Though the permanent absorption can never be claimed as a matter of right, the writ petitioner made a representation to consider his case for absorption on 10.06.2017. 3.
Hence, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2017, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petitions stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
