This petition has been filed to amend the petition cause title as R-10 MGR Nagar Police Station instead of Mambalam Police Station in Crl.OP.No.8937 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at the time of Anticipatory Bail application, the Police Station was wrongly mentioned as Mambalam Police Station instead of R-10 MGR Nagar Police Station by inadvertence.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the amendment petition, this Court is inclined to order the amendment petition as prayed for.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy to the parties.

5. The petitioner is granted two weeks time from today to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. 26.06.2023 dm Note: Issue order copy on 27.06.2023.
