O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent to furnish the guideline value of the petitioner's property comprised in Cadaster No.1076/1/2/2 PT in R.S.No.228/5 situated in Oulgaret Revenue Village.

2. To that effect the petitioner has already made a representation to the second respondent on 03.11.2017. Therefore, it is for the second respondent to consider the said representation and pass orders on the same. At this stage, this Court, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the second respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
