Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Honble Court vide bail order dated 06.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11500 of 2022 (on the file of this Hon'ble Court) the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11500 of 2022 shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 A.M and 5.30 P.M. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ILLIYAS, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11500 of 2022 on 06.06.2022 to report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Trial Court once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 05/07/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
