Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the orders in (1) G.O.Ms.No.311, Finance (CMPC) Department dated 31.12.2014 of the first respondent and (2) Letter No.4540/S2/2015 dated 13.03.2015 of the third respondent to the limited extent of prospective effect given to the G.O and to quash the order 13.03.2015 of the third respondent in its entirely and to issue consequential direction to the respondents to grant notional increment to the petitioner for his service of one year from 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2012 and on that basis revise his pensionary benefits and disburse consequential monetary benefits with interest.
