The petitioner/Appellant has filed this petition to condone the delay of 112 days in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Tiruc hengode in MCOP No.42 of 2016, dated 14.08.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and print the name of Mr.A.Sundaravadhanam, for respondent and post the matter on 30.11.2020 for admission.
