ORDER
In view of the property dispute with the neighbour, the petitioner is before this Court seeking police protection.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions from the Investigating Officer states that the complaint was given by this petitioner to the police alleging removal of stones by one Narayanasamy and the complaint was enquired and had been satisfied that it is civil in nature. The parties are advised to work out the remedy before the competent Civil Court.
3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that there is no element of criminality to proceed further on the complaint. The petitioner is directed to work out his remedy before the competent City Civil Court in the manner known to law.
4. With the above direction, this writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
