[RESPONDENTS] PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of transfer proceedings relating to Signal No.T.IX-3-/2015-SS-ADM-II dated 09.10.2015 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to retain the petitioner herein in the present place of posting with the 4th respondent herein.
