Both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the defacto complainant submitted that there is a possibility of amicable settlement between the parties.

2.Therefore, this matter is referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench.

3.Both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 22.08.2022 without fail. The respondent is directed to inform the defacto complainant to appear before the Mediation Centre on that day.

4.Thereafter, the Mediation Centre is directed to conclude the proceedings within a period of four weeks and the Registry is directed to list the case before this Court on 19.09.2022 along with report.

5. Post the matter on 19.09.2022.
