This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 24.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25094 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and counter parties and conduct enquiry after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of sixteen weeks.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and passed orders on 18.07.2023. He also produced a copy of the order dated 18.07.2023 before this Court.
