Petitioner purchased the property vide sale deed, dated 16.5.2007. He made a request to the respondent No.1 to survey the said property measuring an extent of 802 sq.ft. in survey No.92/26 situated at Keelma Nagar, Poonamallee Village and Taluk, Thiruvallur District. 2 Considering the above, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent No.1 to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, dated 26.12.2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and third party if so required.
