This petition is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent viz., Thangavelu, as respondents 3 to 5 in the above C.R.P.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent died and legal representatives of the 2nd respondent have engaged another counsel.

3.Mr.I.C.Vasudevan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 submitted that the respondents 3 to 5 are the legal heirs of the 2nd respondent and they have no objection to bring them on record as respondents 3 to 5 in the C.R.P.

4.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this C.M.P. is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the C.R.P. on 04.10.2021.
