This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order 22.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10942 of 1995.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the Respondent/Contemnor submitted that, as against the order of this Court dated 22.02.2022, the respondent/contemnor preferred a Writ appeal and obtained an order of interim stay dated 25.08.2023.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent/Contemnor. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
