There is no representation for the contempt petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent has submitted the action taken report. According to the 3rd respondent, pursuant to the order passed by this Court the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2019 was taken into consideration of the Town Vending Committee on 04.06.2019 and has rejected the representation of the petitioner. Same was communicated to the petitioner through RPAD dated 22.07.2019.

3. In view of the above facts, nothing survives in this contempt petition and the same is closed. It is open to the petitioner to agitate the final order passed by the Town Vending Committee if so advised.
