ORDER

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order made in WP No.1618 of 2013 dated 01.08.2017, has been complied with and a sum of Rs.1,29,321/- has been credited to the bank account.

2. Copy of the communication of the Assistant Treasury Officer, Treasury book, Treasury bill for retirement benefits, Beneficiary details, have been filed. The communication from the respondent to the learned Special Government Pleader is also filed.

3. In view of the above, the compliance is recorded and the Contempt Petition stands closed. No Costs.
