ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are informed by the learned counsel for the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority that the application for revised plan filed by the builder was dismissed as far back as on 18.10.2013. In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition and would take such remedy as would be available in law.

2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed.
