J., Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff makes a statement that there was an earlier attempt by the Advocate-Commissioner to visit the property, but it appears that, due to inadequate communication to the plaintiff, the first attempt was not successful.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff undertakes that the plaintiff would lend all his cooperation for the visit of the Advocate-Commissioner.

The Commissioner is now required to issue fresh notice on the respective counsel for the parties to the litigation and proceed with the visit.

3. Post the matter on 15.02.2023.
