Aa 532/Nee. Pi/Vu.3/Ko. O. Na. No.678/2016 dated 17.10.2016 and quash the same.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking quashment of the impugned showcause notice issued by the 2 nd respondent vide Ku. Aa. 532/ Nee. Pi /Vu. 3 / Ko. o. Na. No. 678 /2016 dated 17.10.2016.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents submit that the impugned show cause notice was issued by the 2 nd respondent on 17.10.2016, pursuant to which, an enquiry was conducted by the department. The learned counsel further submits that on the very same charges, a Vigilance case against the petitioner is pending trial before the Special Court for trial of case under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Salem.
3. The learned counsel submits that any further action will be taken only after the conclusion of the Vigilance case.
4. In the said circumstance, since the respondents are solely relying on the outcome of the Vigilance case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to ventilate his grievances after the conclusion of the vigilance case. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
