This petition has been filed to amend the offence under Sections 294(b) and 4 of Woman Harassment Act instead of Sections 427, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, 1860 in the order made in Crl.O.P.No.10658/2016 dated 19.05.2016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the Sections mentioned in the order of this Court dated 19.04.2016 is amended as offence under Sections 294(b) and 4 of Women Harassment Act as against the Sections 427, 324,& 506(ii) of IPC mentioned in the order of this Court dated 19.05.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.10658 of 2016.

4. Registry is directed to incorporate the above amendment and issue fresh orders. The others contents of the order of this Court dated 19.05.2016 shall remain unaltered.
