This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.3369 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17796 of 2022 dated 07.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in P.R.C.No.4 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi and committed to Sessions Court and the case now stands posted on 26.07.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.3369 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17796 of 2022 dated 07.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Vellore on 26.07.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
