ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 306 of IPC in Crime No.502 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant's husband borrowed a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- from the petitioner and thereafter, he has repaid the same. However, the petitioner continuously harassing him to pay Rs.2,60,000/- exorbitantly and due to which, the de-facto complainant's husband committed suicide by hanging and he had also left a suicide note. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is a history-sheetor and there are four previous cases pending against him. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the submission that the petitioner is a historysheetor and four previous cases are pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. -sd/- 25/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
