It appears that very same issues are also pending before the V Additional Family Court, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.912 of 2021 and before the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore in Crl.M.P.No.756 of 2021. 2.Both the Courts may refer the matter for mediation, since a request is placed that parties have an intention to explore the possibility of settling the issue, through mediation. Therefore, a direction is given to the concerned Courts to refer the matter for mediation. 3.Accordingly, this current Contempt Petition is closed.
