Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a writ of Mandamus, Forbearing the respondents from interfering with the administration and smooth running of the petitioner's business M/s. Susi Emu Farms (India) Private Ltd having Office at 97B, Raja Street , Perundurai , Erode District in the guise of interfering with the Civil dispute and to direct them to grant police protection to enable the petitioner to supply feeds to Emu birds pay the incentives to the agreement holders and permit him to carry on his lawful business commitments in viable and workable manner by taking note of the terms and conditions incorporated in the written contract in view of the constitutional protection guaranteed under Articles 19(1)(g), 21, 48, 51A(j) 300A and 301 of the Constitution of India.
