Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned advertisement issued by the 3rd respondent in "The Hindu" dated 27.10.2016 calling for applications for the post of Principal in the 3rd respondent institution and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for the post of Principal by promotion from among the eligible internal staff.
