Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents to alter the FIR by inserting section as alleged offences under sections 279, 337 & 304 A of IPC instead of alleged offences under sections 279, 337 of IPC and to conduct the proper enquiry regard accident death and to file the final report within stipulated period in Crime No.221 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent police.
