ORDER

The petitioner has submitted representation dated 12.04.2022, to the respondents to consider him for appointment as Junior Assistant by recruitment by transfer of service in pursuance of Rules and promote/appoint him as Junior Assistant on par with his junior with all monetary. The said representation is still pending and no orders have been passed. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition before this Court.

2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 12.04.2022 of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
