The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.2194 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was over and the draft charge sheet was also made ready. However, the petitioners herein were not arrayed as accused in the same.
