This Civil Revision has been filed to set aside the petition Order dated 26.09.2018 made in E.P.No.14 of 2012 in O.S.No.25 of 2008 on the file of the learned District Judge, Nagapattinam and thereby, consequently direct the learned District Judge to made an enquiry in the said E.P.14 of 2012 in accordance with the decreetal terms of the preliminary decree dated 23.10.2009 and final decree dated 19.04.2011 and thereafter, decide the same on merits and in accordance with law.

2. When the matter came before this Court on 18.11.2024, at the request of both the parties, this Civil Revision Petition has been posted today for reporting Settlement.
