Petition is filed to restore A.S.No.217 of 2025 which has been dismissed for non-prosecution on 06.03.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection for

restoring A.S.No.217 of 2025 provided date is fixed for hearing the appeal.

3. Having satisfied myself with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, CMP No.22315 of 2025 is ordered and A.S.No.217 of 2025 is restored to file.
