This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11551 of 2022 on 19.05.2022, to appear before the the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore on every Monday at 10.30 a.m and before the respondent police on every Friday at 06.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is only directed to appear before the the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
