ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 18.09.2018 passed in W.P.No.24380 of 2018 has not been complied with by the respondents, the present Contempt Petition came to be filed.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. She has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.A4/1463/2019 dated 16.07.2019, to that effect.

3.The said submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the same, this Contempt petition stands closed.
