This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 27.05.2020 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court in the interest of justice.

No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents. 3.

Heard both sides.

In view of the fact that the only relief sought in this writ petition by the petitioner is, to consider the representation submitted by him on 27.05.2020. 2/4

In the considered opinion of this Court, it is appropriate to dispose of this writ petition, with a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose the representation within the stipulated time, to meet the interest of justice. 6.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 27.05.2020 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
