ORDER

This petition has been filed to restore the appeal suit in A.S.No.115 of 2025, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 06.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has no objection to the restoration of the appeal suit. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the connected Appeal Suit in A.S.No.217 of 2025 is pending.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and A.S.No.115 of 2025 is restored to file by setting aside the order of dismissal for non prosecution dated 06.03.2025.

4. The Registry is directed to list the matter along with A.S.No.217 of 2025 after completion of service.
