ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.PARTHIBAN.) This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.11518/2009/Ka8, on the file of the first respondent, dated 11.07.2014, and to quash the same.

2. During pendency of the writ petition, the first respondent herein/Collector has issued fresh enquiry notice on 11.11.2016, by which, the petitioner herein was directed to appear for enquiry, on 25.11.2016. It appears that by a fresh notice dated 11.11.2016, the Collector, is considering the claim of the petitioner afresh.

In view of the subsequent development, the impugned order does not survive and therefore, the writ petition is closed as having become infructuous. It is for the District Collector to complete the enquiry at the earliest. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
