3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of Every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
