This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2016 vide CSR No.222 of 2016 on the file of the respondent for the offences 294(b), 506(i) of IPC r/w Sec.3(1) (x) of the SC and the ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and to expedite the investigation within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 19.07.2016 given by the petitioner, petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
