By order dated 09.07.2019, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lost his kidney and is willing to deposit initially a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-.

3. Accepting the submission, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.304 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate Court (Fast Track Court-Magisterial Level), Alandur, Chennai, on or before 21.08.2019.

Post the matter on 22.08.2019, under the caption "for reporting compliance".
