ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in the above Crl.O.P.No.12606 of 2020 dated 19.08.2020 that the petitioners shall report before the Thiruchengode police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
